Wiggett Construction Ltd carries out building and construction contracts for a variety of public, corporate and private clients.

Wiggett Construction Ltd has been trading for more than 30 years and during that time have worked on building and construction projects in virtually every sector including housing, health, leisure, industrial, religious, education, shop fitting, office and commercial. Wiggett Construction have experience in most types of construction including new build, refurbishment, conversion, timber framed, steel framed and multi storey.

The bulk of contracting output is currently housing projects on a design and build basis for a number of North West Registered Social Landlords.

We are currently completing in excess of 200 dwellings per annum and a very significant part of this output is in work done via framework or partnering agreements.

Wiggett Construction are regular award winners for such things as Local Authority Building Control (LABC), & health & safety etc.
